Explorers -- This unique class uses a variety of DVD based curriculums for their studies. Most of the curriculums are bases upon lessons and conversations with seminary professors around the United States. Currently the class is studying A Life Worthy of the Gospel: An Introduction to Christian Ethics. The class meets in room 120
Friendship Class is our only women's only class. They meet in room w105. The class is currently studying Bread in the Wildreness, which is a lenten study.
The HAMACO Class meets in Vivion Hall. Lessons are from the Bible and presented in a lecture format focusing on a specific book or letter. Currently we are studying 1 Corinthians. Each Sunday we socialize over coffee, then sing, pray, hear a lesson, and conduct business. We have breakfast together each month and we also like parties and have them often! The class is always involved in ministry beyond the church campus, supporting organizations such as Some Other Place, Trinity Army, Kairos Prison Ministry and various other short term projects in addition to many individual ministries. All ages are welcome.
Harvesters Class meets in room 110. This class enjoys great lessons, thought provoking conversation, mutual support, and laughter. Currently the class is discussing a book by Dr. James Moore. The Harvesters are active participants in various missions throughout the year. These include: Trinity Army, Some Other Place, Southeast Texas Food Bank, and Children Protective Services. Also each year the Harvesters are proud to honor our high school graduates at the Senior Breakfast. Join us for study, service and fellowship.
John Land Class gathers in Nita McKnight Parlor each Sunday morning. This class has the destinction and honor of being one of the first Sunday School classes formed at Trinity. The class begins each morning with prayer, singing of favorite hymns, and lessons from the Adult Bible Study Series.
Lamplighters Class meets in room 103w. This is a laid-back group of friends who enjoy a variety of studies and formats. The class is currently studying the book Celebrate the Risen Christ which is based upon the weekly scripture readings for Lent.
Seekers Class meets in room 102w. This small class takes on big mission projects and in-depth studies. The group is currently discovering the book of Genesis. This class also enjoys getting together as families outside of class.
Visions Class meets in room 104w. Visions is group that also enjoys a variety of topics of study. Currently they are studying a book called God Space: Where Spiritual Conversations Happen Naturally. This study helps us learn to listen, care, and share our faith with others.
Walk of Faith meets in room 101w. This class also takes their lessons straight from the Bible and is a lecture formated class, with interaction from the class for discussion. The class will be studing the book 1st Corinthians for Lent. The group of friends also support local missions such as prison ministry, Buckners, and local schools.
Pathfinders Class meets in room 107. This is our newest formed class and they are discussing Christianity's Family Tree by Adam Hamilton. The study takes an indepth look at each of the major Christian denominations.
