Over 30 Years of Service
On October 3, 1976, Trinity United Methodist Church launched a new ministry. The goal of this new ministry was and continues to be to provide persons in nursing homes, assisted living, who are homebound, incararated or otherwise unable to attend church the opportunity to join in with our congregation in praising God and the opportunity to grow in faith. |
A Unique Ministry
Trinity's Television Ministry is unique in several ways. First it is a live broadcast each week. It can be viewed on the local CBS affiliate KFDM Channel 6. Secondly, this weekly broadcast is completely produced by the youth of this church and has been since the first broadcast. Youth in 6th-12th grade run graphics, operate cameras, monitor sound, and direct the service. To our knowledge this the only live broadcast that is produced by youth in the country. |

Media Services
In addition to producing our live broadcast each week, our media services department provide copies of services, assist in the creation of special projects, and provide technical services for special events, workshops, and classes.
If you would like a copy of a worship service, please email Georgie Hinch. Information should include the date of the service, whether you prefer VHS or DVD, and number of copies. Cost is $10 per tape/DVD. |
Volunteer Opportunities
Throughout the year, Media Services produces a number of special videos and projects. During those times we are in need of individuals who will volunteer to video tape or take photographs. If you are interested in volunteering to take photographers or serve as a videographer, please contact Kim Anderson or John Lee.
